Gas Boiler Maintenance Plan Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the scheduled gas boiler maintenance plans offered by Pipeline Plumbing Services Ltd. Please read carefully. By subscribing to a maintenance plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
1.1. These maintenance plans are designed to provide regular servicing and preventative maintenance for gas boilers only.
1.2. Oil boilers are not covered under these maintenance plans. Services for oil boilers will be charged separately at the time of completion and are not eligible for inclusion in any maintenance plan.
1.3. This is not an insurance product. The maintenance plan does not cover the cost of repairs, breakdowns, or replacements. Any such work will be charged separately.
2. Oil Boiler Services
2.1. Oil boiler services are charged at £154 + VAT, plus an additional £9.25 + VAT for the burner nozzle (or as required).
2.2. Oil boiler servicing is carried out as a one off service, payable upon completion.
2.3. Oil boiler customers are welcome to contact us for individual servicing needs, but these services are not part of the maintenance plan offerings.
3. Services Included (Gas Boilers Only)
3.1. Basic Plan (£10/month or £120/year):
• One annual gas boiler service.
• Priority booking for repair call outs (repair costs charged separately).
3.2. Standard Plan (£18/month or £210/year):
• Annual gas boiler service.
• Heating system health check (radiators, pipework, valves).
• Priority call outs with a 10% discount on repair labour and parts.
3.3. Premium Plan (£28/month or £330/year):
• Annual gas boiler service.
• Heating system health check.
• Water quality testing (e.g., for corrosion or sludge buildup).
• 15% discount on repair labour and parts.
• Emergency call out priority (within 24 hours for urgent issues).
4. Services Not Included
4.1. The following are excluded from all plans:
• Costs for repairs, replacement parts, or labour for breakdowns or faults.
• Any plumbing or heating issues that occur outside the scope of preventative maintenance.
• Emergency work, unless covered by discounts stated in the plan.
• Oil boiler servicing, repairs, or maintenance.
5. Payments
5.1. Payments can be made monthly or annually. If you cancel a plan early, no refunds will be issued for unused services.
5.2. Payments must be kept up to date. Failure to make payments will result in plan cancellation.
6. Call Outs and Discounts
6.1. Customers on a gas boiler maintenance plan will receive priority booking for call outs.
6.2. Discounts on labour and parts (where applicable) apply only to repair work carried out by Pipeline Plumbing Services Ltd.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. Customers must ensure access to the property on the agreed servicing date.
7.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us promptly of any issues with their heating or plumbing systems.
8. Cancellation and Termination
8.1. You may cancel your plan at any time by providing 30 days’ notice.
8.2. Pipeline Plumbing Services Ltd reserves the right to terminate a plan if payments are not kept up to date or if service access is repeatedly denied.
9. Liability
9.1. Pipeline Plumbing Services Ltd is not responsible for any damages or costs arising from system breakdowns, faults, or repairs outside the scope of this maintenance plan.
