How to check your boiler service records

Over the past couple of months, our heating engineers across Pulborough, Billingshurst and Storrington have been working extremely hard to help you access your boiler service records easily. We have also been working on ways in which you can report any issues you are experiencing easily too, without having to pay for a heating engineer to come out.

Here at Pipeline Plumbing Services Ltd, we understand how hard this can be which is why we have introduced a special feature that can be very useful when it comes to your boiler!

Our New Feature

When you book a boiler service with us, we will supply you with a unique QR code. When you scan this QR code, you will be able to view your boiler's service history as well as report any faults directly to us. With this, you will not have to go through your cupboards to find a file that stores all the information as it will be easily available through your phone.

Not only does this make it easy when you want to check your boiler's history but it also makes it easy for you to report any issues you are experiencing with a heating engineer who already knows your boiler inside out! Once you report an issue, we will look into it and book a repair if needed.

Boiler Service Plans

If you have already signed up for our service plan package, this will make it easier to keep track of the services we have carried out on your boiler. If you have not, signing up for a service plan is a great way to protect yourself if your boiler or central heating system breaks down. It assists with covering the costs of engineer call-outs and labour, as well as any parts needed to finish the repairs and maintain the boiler.
